Put God First 3:16 (PGF 3:16) is a Non Profit organization that operates faith based Personal Care Homes located in Carbon County Pennsylvania.

PGF 3:16 Personal care homes offer Housing and Basic Living Support:

• Private or semi-private rooms

• Furnished living spaces

• Housekeeping and laundry services

• Utilities and maintenance

• Safe and supervised residential environment

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) services. PGF 3:16 Residents may receive assistance with:

• Bathing and personal hygiene

• Dressing and grooming

• Eating and drinking

• Walking and mobility assistance

• Transferring in and out of bed or chairs

• Toileting and continence care

• Positioning in bed or chair

• Using prosthetics or assistive devices

PGF 3:16 Residents will receive medication and health-related assistance and health management, including:

• Medication reminders or administration assistance

• Scheduling and coordinating doctor appointments

• Arranging transportation to medical visits

• Monitoring resident wellbeing

• Coordination with healthcare providers

PGF 3:16 Residents will enjoy meals and nutrition programs that meet resident dietary needs and safety standards.

• Three daily meals

• Snacks

• Special diets when needed

• Assistance with eating

PGF 3:16 Residents are provided opportunities for engagement through social and recreational activities:

• Group activities

• Games and social events

• Arts and crafts

• Exercise programs

• Community outings

• Holiday celebrations

PGF 3:16 Personal Care Homes offer Residents additional faith driven activities such as:

• Prayer services

• Bible study or religious study groups

• Spiritual support and mentoring

• Faith-based counseling

• Religious holiday celebrations

• Volunteer ministry programs

PGF 3:16 Personal Care Homes respects the Residents rights to:

• Privacy and dignity

• Access to visitors

• Freedom from abuse or restraints

• Ability to practice religion or decline participation

• Help obtaining seasonal clothing

• Shopping assistance

• Financial management support

• Assistance with phone calls and correspondence

• Safekeeping of personal belongings
